Dear Central Families,

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year at Central Elementary School! We are excited to begin another year of learning, growth, and partnership with our wonderful students, families, and community.

At Central Elementary, we believe every child has incredible potential, and it is our privilege to help our students discover their strengths, develop their talents, and pursue their dreams and aspirations. Everything we do is guided by our commitment to providing the best possible opportunities for our young people.

This year, we remain focused on several important goals. We will continue our efforts to improve student achievement in key academic areas, particularly reading and mathematics. We are also dedicated to strengthening student attendance and increasing our regular attender rates because we know that students learn best when they are present, engaged, and connected to school each day.

As we work toward these goals, we are incredibly fortunate to have so many strengths within our school community. Central is home to an experienced and dedicated staff that cares deeply about each child and works tirelessly to support student success. We are grateful for the many community partners who invest their time, resources, and encouragement in our school. Most importantly, we are inspired every day by our engaged, vibrant, and resilient students who bring enthusiasm, creativity, and kindness to our classrooms and hallways.

We strive to show love through meaningful relationships, care through unwavering support for our students and families, and service by creating opportunities that help every child grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
